Following are a few new efficient features from google:
1) Google spreadsheets. Read the description from Hot deals club: A new free service available in beta is Google Spreadsheets, and I recommend it for any work environment that wants spreadsheets shared amongst a group of people. It works like Microsoft Excel, except you can access your spreadsheets from any computer, and can share them with your co-workers. It can import and export to/from Excel and CSV files, and supports almost all the basic tasks offered by Excel, including formulas (mathametical, statistical, textual, etc.), styles (fonts & colors), cell formatting, text wrapping, cell merging, sorting, and more. It has a long way to go to completely rival the features of Excel, but is perfect for basic tasks.

2) Personalized google home page: Neat featuers include:

• WSIWYG editing of information tables. Movies, weather, NEWS, world cup feeds. It is really cool.

3) Google Finance: You can learn about any publicly traded company in a click. Besides no non-sense layout of information on the google finance site; they provide intelligent search text box. For instance, if you type S a list of stock tickers beginning with S appear for you to choose from or give you a hint.
